Returns, Orders, & Pickups
Returns
Skool Style is happy to return any items for you! The requirements for an item to be returned is as follows:

1. Must have the tag on the items. If the tag comes off by accident just hold onto it and bring it in with you so we can reattach it.
2. Items must be returned unworn and unwashed.
3. Must be in its original and sellable condition.
4. Discontinued items are not eligible for return.
5. Items on sale are not eligible for return.
6. Any washed or damaged items, such as those with stains, broken buttons, smells of smoke, dog hair, been discontinued are not eligible for return.
Disclaimer - Never cut the tags off unless you are certain your student is going to wear the uniform to school.
A complete refund will be provided if the returned item meets the specified requirements above. We accept returns in-person at our many setups throughout the year. Find out when we are on-campus, by clicking here.

If that isn’t convenient for you, you can call us at (321-621-8061) and we can arrange another way to do your return. If the receipt is lost, we can retrieve it within our system.
There are certain items that may not be returned. Such as custom sizes and items purchased during a special or discounted sale.
Skool Style values its customers and appreciates their understanding of our return policy.
Exchanges
Shorts didn't fit? Need a different color polo? Exchange any item easily over-the-counter at our setups on-campus! Requirements for exchanges:
1. Only items of the same value in price can be exchanged.

Come in, pick your new item, hand over your old item, and you're on your way! Find us on-campus at your school on these dates.

Place your order online here and it can be delivered to the school or shipped to your home. Shipping costs you can find below.

Visit our on-campus setup at your school and purchase the items in-person. Find our schedule here.

Plan a visit to our warehouse by giving us a call (321-621-8061) to schedule time for you to shop and try on items.

Place an over-the-phone order. If you can’t make it on-campus, online, or to our warehouse you can call us (321-621-8061) and we would be more than happy to help you with your order.

Pickups
​Pickup orders are delivered directly to your school. Our website defaults to a two-week pickup window to allow time for restocking any out-of-stock items. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a text notification.

Important: The phone number you provide at checkout is the number we’ll use to text you, and the name on the order is the name we’ll place on the pickup bag.

Drop-off schedules vary by school—see below for details. Please note that if an item is out of stock, delivery times may be extended.

St. Luke’s:
Orders placed on Saturday-Monday will be available for pickup on-campus at our set up. Here's our on-campus schedule. Orders placed on Wednesday and Thursday will be delivered to the school by Friday.
Grace Lutheran:
Orders placed on Saturday-Wednesday, during the week we are on-campus, are available for pickup on-campus at our set up. Here's our on-campus schedule. Orders placed on the Thursday after our on-campus set up will be filled that following Friday and delivered to the school.
Faith Lutheran:
Orders placed on Saturday-Wednesday, during the week we are on-campus, are available for pickup on-campus at our set up. Here's our on-campus schedule. Orders placed on the Thursday after our on-campus setup will be filled that following Friday and delivered to the school.
Holy Cross:
Orders placed on Saturday-Thursday, during the week we are on-campus, are available for pickup on-campus at our set up. Here's our on-campus schedule. Orders placed on the Friday after setup will be filled that following Friday and delivered to the school.
Shipping
Shipping is a flat rate of $20 per order. Delivery times may vary based on order volume, time of year, and carrier availability. Our website defaults to a two-week shipping estimate to account for any out-of-stock items, allowing us time to restock and fulfill your order.
We prioritize clear communication and exceptional service. If your order is expected to take longer than usual, we’ll reach out to keep you informed every step of the way. For in-stock items, we do our best to ship them within a week or less.
Each order has its own tracking information sent to your email so that you can check updates and the location of your package.
Warranty
If any of your items appear to have a manufacturing defect we will gladly exchange it with an identical item for free. We understand that sometimes mishaps occur and we do everything in our power to prevent defects from going unnoticed.

We stand behind our product at Skool Style. Customers have up to 4 months (120 days) from the purchase date on manufacture defected items.
This includes:

Ripping at the seams

Malfunction of the adjustable waist inside the shorts, pants, and skorts
-
Zippers broken
-
Etc.
We will exchange these items for the same exact item (size and color) or give you a full refund. Please keep in mind anything that has cotton in it will shrink and fade over time (basic wear of the fabric of cotton), and that is not considered a manufacture defect.
